Wedding Photography Pricing
Wedding photography packages are structured offerings provided by professional photographers to capture and document the precious moments of a couple's wedding day. These packages are designed to accommodate various needs, styles, and budgets, ensuring that each couple can find a package that aligns with their unique vision for their wedding photography.
These packages are designed to provide couples with a clear understanding of what is included in their photography services and to create a seamless and enjoyable photography experience. The choice of a specific package depends on factors like the size and style of the wedding, the preferences of the couple, and their budget.
All Wedding Packages Include:
- A Private Online Gallery: Once the wedding is done and the photos are edited, the couple will have their own private online gallery on Hawk Feather Photo & Design’s Google Photos. The private link will be sent to the couple via email, which can be sent by the couple to their family and friends. If the couple agree to sign a Model Release Form, the photographer will work with the couple to custom-pick certain photos for a public gallery to avoid anyone seeing any unwanted photos of the couple.
- The Option of Either Colored or Monochrome Images: Couples have the option to choose between having their finished photos in color or monochrome at no cost. They also have the choice of choosing both options at a cost of $7 per image.
- Engagement Session at a Discounted Price: If you choose to use Hawk Feather Photo & Design as the photographer for your wedding, you have the option to also book an engagement session at up to 20% off!
- Model Release Discount: Couples have the option to sign a Model Release for the photographer to use some the photos from their wedding day for promotional and marketing use. Signing this form will give you 10% off the prices of the Wedding Packages!
- A Free Pre-Wedding Consultation: Before any photos are taken, it is recommended that the couple and the photographer meet together to talk about what the couple wants from their photographer and to agree on prices and sign the required documents (contract, terms and agreements, model release forms, etc.).

You’ll receive a selection of professionally edited photos in an online gallery, delivered within a standard 3-5 week turnaround. This package is perfect for smaller weddings or couples who only need partial coverage.

A Timeless Story - $4000
For couples who want it all, The Feather Pen Package ensures that every moment—from the first look to the final farewell—is beautifully captured! With unlimited coverage, you won’t have to worry about time constraints. This all-inclusive package includes a complimentary engagement session as well as a post-wedding session for those extra special moments after the big day. A second photographer guarantees no detail goes unnoticed, and you’ll receive 5-15 professionally edited images within 24-48 hours for immediate sharing on social media.
You’ll also receive a complimentary 10x10 canvas print OR a premium wedding album, so you can relive your special day for years to come. Your full gallery will be delivered in both color and monochrome within a standard 3-5 week turnaround, and a free consultation is included to ensure your wedding photography experience is stress-free and personalized!

- Proposal Session ($270/hr.): Planning to pop the question? Let us help you capture the surprise, the joy, and the “YES!” with discreet, beautifully composed photography. We’ll work with you to find the perfect location and help set the scene for an unforgettable proposal.

- Letter Board ($5): Send a message through your photos... literally! Use a letter board to express your emotions in words. Say things like "Just Married!", "I said YES!", or "Now you're stuck with me!"
- Social-Media Ready Images ($10 for
5 images, $15 for 10 images): Want to show off your wedding photos on Instagram, Facebook, and any other social-media platforms, but don't want to wait the 3+ weeks for the photos to be edited? Then choose this add-on! The photographer can choose 5-10 of the best photos any moment in the wedding day to edit and send them to the couple to share on social-media. The images will be a lower quality compared to their final finish with the rest of the images, and will be cropped to fit the dimensions for Instagram.
- Wedding Album (Price vary): A wedding album is a nice memento to look back and remember the events of you and your partner becoming one! Use the album to tell the your love story!
